Tour Itinerary

Day 01 Arrival in Dehradun

Your Tour literally starts the second you touch down in Dehradun. This city is the main hub for chopper flights into the mountains. A guy from our crew will meet you at Jolly Grant Airport and drive you to a really nice hotel. Flying from another country messes with your sleep, so today is just about crashing and getting your energy back. Later in the evening, we will sit down for a quick chat to go over safety rules and flight timings for the next morning. If you feel up to it, take a walk outside, but mostly, just relax.

Highlights of the Day:

  • Getting picked up directly from Jolly Grant Airport
  • Riding in a private car to your luxury hotel in town
  • Sorting out your Char Dham Journey registration and basic paperwork
  • Sitting down for a welcome dinner and a quick safety briefing
  • Sleeping off the jet lag in Dehradun

Day 02 Dehradun – Yamunotri

Wake up early because you are hitting the sky. You take a fast chopper ride from Sahastradhara right into Kharsali. It is a tiny, beautiful village acting as the base camp for Yamunotri. You don't even have to worry about the uphill trek; we can grab you a pony or palki easily. Take a quick dip in the Surya Kund hot springs, do your prayers for Goddess Yamuna, and head back down to Kharsali to eat dinner and sleep.

Highlights of the Day:

  • Taking off from Sahastradhara Helipad and landing in Kharsali
  • Riding a pony up the mountain path to Yamunotri Temple
  • Bathing in the natural hot springs before going inside
  • Fast-track entry for your morning VIP Darshan
  • Spending a quiet evening at your Kharsali hotel

Day 03 Yamunotri – Gangotri

Drink your morning tea and hop back in the helicopter. You will fly over to Harsil today. This valley is packed with apple orchards and looks amazing. Once you land, a car will drive you the rest of the way to the Gangotri Temple doors. This is literally where the holy Ganga River starts. Wash up in the icy water, use your VIP pass to get straight inside for the puja, and then ride back to Harsil. It’s a pretty laid-back day overall.

Highlights of the Day:

  • Catching a morning flight over the mountains to Harsil
  • Taking a really scenic road trip right up to the Gangotri shrine
  • Watching the Ganga Aarti and finishing your VIP prayers
  • Walking around the apple orchards in the valley
  • Crashing at your cozy Harsil resort for the night

Day 04 Gangotri – Kedarnath

Today is the big one. You fly out to see Lord Shiva at Kedarnath. The chopper leaves Harsil and drops you right near the main temple area. Kedarnath is high up—about 3,583 meters—and wrapped in massive snow peaks. The best part? You completely skip that brutal 19-kilometer walking trail. Your VIP slip gets you straight through the doors, so you completely avoid standing outside in the freezing cold. Take a few quiet moments afterward to just breathe and take in the massive mountains before calling it a night at your lodge.

Highlights of the Day:

  • Flying directly into the Kedarnath Valley by chopper
  • A quick, easy stroll from the landing pad right to the shrine doors
  • Skipping the regular queues for a hassle-free, priority puja
  • Hanging out around the massive snow peaks and soaking in the temple vibe
  • Sleeping soundly at a comfortable property up in the mountains

Day 05 Kedarnath – Badrinath

Pack up your stuff first thing in the morning because today, you fly over to Badrinath. This is the last major stop on your spiritual circuit and it belongs to Lord Vishnu. The temple sits right on the banks of the loud Alaknanda River. Drop your luggage off and walk down to the Tapt Kund hot springs. The natural warm water feels amazing. After your bath, use your fast-track pass to go inside the main building. Later in the afternoon, a local driver takes you up to Mana Village. It is literally the final Indian settlement before the Tibet border starts. Sip some local tea, take pictures at Bhim Pul, and ride back to town for the evening prayers.

Highlights of the Day:

  • Catching a quick chopper ride straight over to the Badrinath area
  • Taking a warm, relaxing bath at the famous Tapt Kund hot springs
  • Using your priority pass for a smooth, uncrowded VIP darshan
  • Driving up to check out Mana, the absolute last village on the border
  • Watching the magical evening aarti ceremony outside the shrine
  • Spending the night at a premium local hotel

Day 06 Badrinath – Dehradun (Departure)

Finish up a heavy, warm breakfast at your Badrinath hotel before zipping up your suitcases. You will board the chopper for the final flight back to the city. Honestly, looking down at the Himalayan drops and a valley on the way back is an absolute treat. Once the helicopter touches the concrete at Sahastradhara, our ground guy takes your bags and drives you straight to the airport or train station. You get to fly back home with zero muscle aches and the incredible feeling of finishing the whole Char Dham Yatra.

Highlights of the Day:

  • Eating a fresh morning meal in the temple town.
  • Taking your final helicopter flight back down to Dehradun
  • Getting unreal aerial photos of the mountain ranges
  • A smooth, private car drop-off at Jolly Grant Airport
  • Heading back home with amazing memories and zero physical stress
